You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use, and provide accurate information that you keep current.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by accessing it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law, or using it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Aixly and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. "Aixly" and related marks are trademarks of VRSE Labs LLC.

5. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. You grant Aixly the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide it to you. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aixly and VRSE Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
