A kiosk at every machine

Operators record work at the machine. The office sees each update as it is entered.

The Aixly kiosk logging production at a machine: good and defective counts, a defect reason, and Log and finish step

Signing in

Assign a tablet to each machine. Operators sign in by badge or PIN. Standard Bluetooth scanners read badges and lot labels.

Picking the job

Jobs show status, quantity done and due date. Operators can run several jobs; time is divided by the parts logged for each.

Recording the work

Parts
Good quantity, defective quantity and the reason for each defect.
Electronic sign-offs
Steps that need a signature ask for a PIN, and a two-person check needs two different people.
Verification
Required checks remain visible at the kiosk so a supervisor can review production before the next step.
Lot numbers
Scanned or typed at the step where the material is used.
Ending a job
Mark the step finished, or stop for now so the next shift can carry on from the same count.

Breaks, shift changes and language

Breaks can be switched on for your organization and are left out of labor time. At clock-out the kiosk shows the hours it recorded. Each tablet can be set to English or Spanish.
