Scheduling that accounts for every machine and every step

See open machine time and jobs at risk of running late, with durations calculated from each routing.

Placing a work order

Released orders show whether they are ready or waiting on an earlier step. Aixly recommends the routing’s machine; you can choose another of the same type.

Use the earliest available slot or set a start time.

How the timing is calculated

Each step takes its setup time plus order quantity divided by run rate. Aixly adds the steps for the full routing.

Steps wait for their predecessors, even across machines. Scheduling excludes planned downtime and machines marked as down.

Seeing the effect of a change

Aixly shows shifted operations and missed due dates before you confirm a move.

Automatic scheduling

Auto-schedule proposes placements in due-date order, with reasons and confidence scores. Review each proposal and resolve conflicts before applying the plan.

Running jobs together

Combine operations on the same machine into a batch, or split them apart again.
